Do you integrate with my CRM? How do I know?

We integrate with most major CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms including Jobber, Quickbooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Zapier, and thousands more. If you're not sure, feel free to contact us and ask!

Is an onboarding call required?

Nope! Setup takes just a few minutes—so you could start getting reviews in hours. But if you prefer a quick walkthrough or need help with the integration, we're more than happy to hop on a call.

How long does it take to set up?

Most businesses are fully set up in under 30 minutes. Just connect your Google profile, connect your CRM, and upload your personalized image. Then you're good to go! If you use a less popular software/CRM, we can hop on a call to walk through the integration.

How long does it take to start getting reviews?

On average, our users receive their first reviews less than 24 hours after launching their review reactivation. It depends on the number of customers you have, but we move fast.

When do you bill?

You're billed 14 days after you start your free trial, then every month (or year if on the annual plan) after that.

Is there a contract?

No. We like to say we are easy to work with and easy to get rid of. You can cancel your plan within the dashboard in just a few clicks.

How do the pricing tiers differ?

Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month. All plans include an initial review reactivation where we can reactivate your entire list of previous customers. It is important to note that follow-ups are also included in each plan and don't count towards your quota.

Are the prices in GBP?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP / £). We focus strictly on the UK market.

Do you offer franchise/multi-location pricing?

We offer bundle pricing for multi-location or franchise businesses. Contact our team and we'll tailor a plan that works perfectly for you.

Can you keep bad reviews from Google?

No, we can't block or filter reviews. That's strictly against Google's policy ("Review Gating"). Doing so can get your Google Business Profile shut down permanently, costing you tens of thousands in lost revenue. Instead, we help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to drown out the 0.01% of negative reviews with a flood of genuine 5-star feedback!

How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?

We recommend 1 initial review request post-service, then 2 gentle reminders. However, this can be easily turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a reactivation or right after a service. We do not spam your customers!

How does this work with recurring services?

We have a 30-day cool-down period. If you serve a customer weekly, they won't get annoyed with a request every week. After 30 days, if they still haven't left a review, they might be asked again after their next service.

What if someone has already left a review?

If they leave a review through LeadSeed, we stop messaging them immediately. If they left a review *before* you joined LeadSeed, Google actually loves updated reviews! Getting an old customer to click and update their 3-year-old 5-star review into a fresh one is incredibly valuable for your SEO ranking.

What is a personalized image review request?

Instead of just sending a boring text that gets ignored, we send a photo of you or your team and auto-populate the customer's name on the image. This grabs attention and skyrockets your review conversion rates!

Do you have review widgets?

Yes! A review widget is a small snippet of code you can add to your website to display your latest 5-star Google reviews automatically. It builds massive trust and turns more website visitors into paying customers.

What is social media review posting?

When you get a fresh 5-star review, we can automatically turn it into a beautiful, branded post and share it directly to your Facebook and Instagram pages. You can pick when you want your posts to go out and decide if you want to approve each one manually or let it run on autopilot.

How many reviews should I expect?

Most users see anywhere from 10% to 15% of their PREVIOUS customer base leave a review during the initial reactivation phase. For NEW customers going forward, we typically convert 20% to 30%+ of them into 5-star reviews after their service!

How does the review reactivation work?

We take your past customer list and drip out personalized image review requests over time. This makes it look completely natural to Google's algorithms and helps you turn old jobs into fresh 5-star reviews without lifting a finger.

What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms?

Right now, we focus strictly on Google reviews, since they have by far the biggest impact on local SEO rankings and generating new customers for service businesses. Other platforms are in development.

What countries do you currently support?

Right now, we exclusively support businesses operating in the United Kingdom (UK). This allows us to ensure every message we send meets the strict carrier and privacy compliance regulations of the UK market.
